China to Continue Anti-Dumping Duties on Imported Ethanolamines from the U.S., Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and Thailan

Asianfin -- China's Ministry of Commerce has issued Announcement No. 44 of 2024. Based on the recommendation from the Ministry of Commerce, the Tariff Policy Committee of the State Council has decided to continue imposing anti-dumping duties on imported ethanolamines originating from the United States, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and Thailand, effective from October 30, 2024, for a duration of five years.

The tax rates for the continued anti-dumping duties will remain the same as those specified in Announcement No. 81 of 2018 by the Ministry of Commerce.
