AsianFin--Following three rounds of salary increases earlier in 2024, JD Group has announced another pay rise. Starting from October 1, 2024, JD's retail group and functional system will implement a plan to achieve 20 salaries within two years. Other departments will also gradually initiate their own salary increase plans.
