(AsianFin)—Intelligent driving computing solution provider Horizon has submitted its initial public offering (IPO) prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and CITIC CLSA acting as its joint sponsors.

According to filings to the exchange, Horizon recorded a revenue of 1.55 billion yuan (US$ 210 million) in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 71.3%; the gross profit in 2023 was 1.094 billion yuan, with a gross profit margin of 70.5%.
