SHANGHAI, December 19 (AsianFin) – Shanghai Micro Electronics Equipment (Group) (SMEE) has delivered China’s first 28 nanometer lithography machine, the first of the kind in China, ending China’s dependence on 28-nm lithography imports.

The announcement was made on Zhangjiang Group’s official WeChat account on Tuesday.
