Israel started what it called a “preemptive strike” against Iran Saturday morning, according to Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz, while a state of emergency was declared across Israel.

The  Israeli government declared the state of emergency as they expected Iranian retaliation with drones and ballistic missiles.

Meanwhile, there were explosions in Tehran, the capital of Iran.
