The average sold price of newly built commercial residential properties in first-tier cities in Jaunary decreased by 0.3% month-on-month, the same decline as December 2025, according to data released by China's National Bureau of Statistics.

Among them, the figure in Shanghai remained flat, while Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen saw declines of 0.3%, 0.6%, and 0.4%, respectively.

In second-tier cities, the average sold price of newly built commercial residential properties fell by 0.3% month-on-month, with a decrease of 0.1 percentage points compared to the previous month. In third-tier cities, the average sold price of newly built commercial residential properties decreased by 0.4%, consistent with the decline of the previous month.
