Zhipu, a Chinese artificial intelligence company, has filed a new initial public offering (IPO) gudiance registration with the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).
Zhipu has withdrawn its guidance filing submitted in April 2025 and has completed a new guidance filing registration. The latest guidance report indicates that Zhipu intends to accelerate its application for the Sci-Tech Innovation Board. Additionally, its IPO intermediary firms have changed from the original China International Capital Corporation (CICC) to both Guotai Junan Securities and CICC.
