China's Wingtech Technology has expressed deep disappointment and strong dissatisfaction with the latest ruling by the Amsterdam Enterprise Court regarding the Nexperia semiconductor case.

The court did not overturn its previous "erroneous decision, failed to lift the interim measures imposed on Nexperia, and did not restore Wingtech Technology's legitimate control as a shareholder of Nexperia," said Wingtech in a statement.

The court had also decided to initiate an investigation into Nexperia.
