Guangxi Tencent Venture Investment Co., a subsidiary of Chinese tech giant Tencent, has invested in Neolix Huitong (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., a self-driving vehicle company.

Neolix Huitong (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. was established in February 2018, with Li Ziyi as the legal representative. The company's business scope includes the manufacturing of industrial robots, the research and development of intelligent robots, and the sales of intelligent robots.

Shareholder information shows that the company is now held by Yu Enyuan, an affiliate of Li Auto, and the newly added shareholders.
