China's brain-computer interface company Neuracle Technology (Shanghai) filed for guidance registration with the Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau on Wednesday, in preparation for its initial public offering (IPO) and listing.
The guidance report shows that Xu Honglai directly holds 12.2453% of the company’s shares and controls an additional 11.09% of the company’s shares through Beijing Boruikang Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Shanghai Boruikang Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), making it the controlling shareholder of the company.
