NanoXplore and STMicroelectronics have announced that the NG-ULTRA has passed aerospace industry standard certification.

The target applications for the NG-ULTRA include strategic functions for satellite missions, such as onboard computers, data management and routing between subsystems, image and video processing (real-time compression and encoding), software-defined radio (SDR), enabling remote communication mode updates, and onboard autonomous operations (detection, identification, and supervision).
