Country Garden, one of China's largest property developers, announced on Tuesday that it completed the contruction of 170,000 apartment units that once stalled due to the lack of funds.  

The number marked the largest for China's real estate companies. The company aimed to deliver a cumulative total of nearly 1.15 million homes from 2023 through 2025.

The company's Chairman Yang Huiyan designated 2026 as the “Year of Ensuring Home Delivery,” aiming to complete the majority of the home delivery target by mid-2026.
