London Stock Exchange Group (LSE) and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) announced Friday that they have signed a Strategic Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to further deepen their long-term strategic cooperation.

Fields for cooperation include global financial markets, data and analytics, cross-border renminbi business, sustainable finance, and financial innovation.

The agreement further establishes a framework for expanding cooperation in areas such as capital markets, trading and clearing, data, renminbi-related businesses, and cutting-edge technological innovation.”
