Alibaba’s Pingtouge on Thursday released information about its high-end AI chip, the Zhenwu 810E, on its website.

The chip is fully self-developed in both hardware and software. It has already been deployed in several large-scale clusters on Alibaba Cloud, serving over 400 clients, including major organizations such as the State Grid Corporation of China, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, XPeng Motors, and Sina Weibo.

The Zhenwu 810E is part of Alibaba’s efforts to establish a strong foundation in the AI chip market. The chip is designed to enhance AI performance and improve operational efficiency, addressing challenges in areas such as cloud computing, autonomous driving, and smart city technologies.
