China National Aviation Holding (Air China), China Eastern Airlines, and China Southern Airlines announced on Monday afternoon that tickets issued on or before January 26 for flights to, from, or via Japan, with departure dates between March 29, 2026 (inclusive) and October 24, 2026 (inclusive), will be eligible for free changes or refunds.

Previously, the free change and refund policy had been in effect only through March 28.
