Guangzhou Xiyu Zhizhi Technology Co., Ltd. was officially registered on Jan 14, with Shi Xinhong as legal representative and a registered capital of $9.6 million (70 million yuan). The company’s business scope includes the sale of intelligent robots, AI hardware, AI application software development, and AI industry system integration services.

Shareholder records show that the company is wholly owned by MiniMax’s affiliated company, Shanghai Xiyu Zhizhi Technology Co., Ltd., signaling the firm’s continued expansion into China’s AI and robotics sector.
