Hangzhou Wahaha Group Co., Ltd., one of China’s leading beverage companies, has undergone a major management change, according to public filings.

Zong Fuli has stepped down as legal representative, chairman, and general manager, with Xu Simin assuming the roles. Several other key personnel changes were also recorded.

Zong continues to hold a 29.40% stake in the company.
