Anthropic has launched its latest artificial intelligence model, Claude Opus 4.5, the company said on Sunday local time.

The new model is now available through the Anthropic app, its API and major cloud platforms, the company announced. Claude Opus 4.5 is positioned as an upgrade to the firm’s flagship model line, aimed at enhancing performance across reasoning, coding and enterprise applications.

The release comes as competition intensifies among leading AI developers to roll out increasingly capable foundation models and secure broader distribution channels.
