Lenovo Group will launch a personal “super intelligent agent” worldwide on Jan. 6, Chairman and Chief Executive Yang Yuanqing said on Wednesday during the company’s earnings briefing.
Yang said the new product will debut at the Lenovo Tech World event and is designed to coordinate wearable and environmental-sensing devices, manage portable hardware and operate through a personal trusted-computing hub.
Powered by personalised algorithms and models, the system will continuously learn user habits, predict intentions and deliver what Yang described as an ability to “think what you think and act as you wish.” He said Lenovo ultimately aims for the agent to function as a user’s “intelligent digital twin.”
