Google on Tuesday unveiled Gemini 3, its most advanced artificial intelligence model to date, and made it available immediately across Google Search, the Gemini mobile app and several developer platforms.

The company also began integrating the model into a range of its revenue-generating products on launch day.

Executives said at the press event that Gemini 3 leads several widely watched industry benchmarks for AI performance.

Demis Hassabis, chief executive of Google DeepMind, described Gemini 3 as “the world’s best multimodal understanding model” and the company’s most capable agent and code-generation system to date.
