OpenAI has signed a $38 billion (€33 billion) agreement with Amazon to host its artificial intelligence systems on the tech giant’s U.S. data centers, the companies announced on Monday.

Under the deal, OpenAI will gain access to “hundreds of thousands” of Nvidia’s advanced AI chips through Amazon Web Services (AWS), enabling the ChatGPT maker to scale its computing power for next-generation AI models and applications.
