Chinese autonomous driving company Pony AI is set to price its Hong Kong initial public offering at HK$139 ($17.90) per share, according to two people familiar with the matter.

The company plans to fully exercise an upsizing option, issuing 6.3 million additional shares to raise a total of HK$6.7 billion ($862 million), the sources said, requesting anonymity due to the confidential nature of the information.
