China has decided to resume travel agency–organized group tours for Chinese citizens to Canada, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said at a regular press briefing on Monday.

Spokesperson Mao Ning explained that the decision was made after considering factors such as outbound travel demand from Chinese tourists and the local tourism environment. She added that the move is expected to further promote people-to-people exchanges between China and Canada, enhancing mutual understanding and friendship between the two nations.
