Tesla Inc. Chair Robyn Denholm warned shareholders that Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk could leave the company if they do not approve his 10-year compensation plan.

In a letter to investors on Monday, Denholm said rejecting the multibillion-dollar pay package would create a significant risk of losing Musk’s leadership, underscoring his central role in driving Tesla’s strategy and innovation.
