Shares of WuXi AppTec rose after the Chinese pharmaceutical giant raised its full-year earnings forecast for the second time in 2025, driven by strong third-quarter results.
WuXi AppTec traded 2.2% higher at 106.06 yuan (USD14.91) as of 2:20 p.m. in Shanghai today, while its Hong Kong-listed stock [HKG: 2359] gained 3.9% to HKD114.80 (USD14.78).
Revenue is now expected to grow 17% to 18% this year to 43.5 billion to 44 billion yuan (USD6.1 billion to USD6.2 billion), the Shanghai-based company said in its third-quarter financial statement released yesterday.
