Airbus said on Wednesday it has opened a second assembly line in China, expanding its manufacturing capacity for the company’s best-selling A320neo family of single-aisle aircraft.

The new facility, located in the port city of Tianjin near Beijing, marks the European planemaker’s 10th final assembly line worldwide and is expected to be fully operational by early 2026.
