Salesforce and OpenAI have announced an expanded strategic partnership aimed at redefining how businesses and employees interact with data and customers.

Through integration between Salesforce’s Agentforce 360 platform and OpenAI’s cutting-edge models, including GPT-5, users will be able to access Salesforce data directly within ChatGPT. By simply entering a query, they can retrieve sales records, review customer conversations, or build Tableau visualizations.

The collaboration will also enable enterprises to develop AI assistants and prompt-based tools within the Salesforce ecosystem, combining OpenAI’s advanced language capabilities with Salesforce’s CRM and analytics platforms to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
