Haier Group has signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co., Ltd., marking a significant upgrade in their partnership.

The two companies will collaborate closely across three key areas: green development, supply chain management, and smart manufacturing innovation.

Under the agreement, Haier and Hikvision will jointly build a full-scenario ecosystem, with a focus on sustainable and intelligent solutions. The partnership will begin with smart building solutions aimed at creating low-carbon, energy-efficient infrastructures. Together, the companies will develop integrated solutions combining energy generation, storage, and usage (“source-grid-load-storage”), to maximize energy savings and carbon emission reductions.

Haier and Hikvision will co-develop end-to-end, comprehensive supply chain solutions. Haier will also provide Hikvision with integrated global cross-border customs clearance services, enhancing international logistics efficiency.

This partnership indicates a deepening relationship between two of China’s leading tech manufacturers, combining strengths to accelerate digital transformation and green innovation across industries.
