AsianFin -- Chinese planemaker COMAC is lagging behind its previously announced delivery targets for the narrow-body C919 commercial aircraft, according to regulatory filings from the country’s major airlines.
China Eastern Airlines, Air China, and China Southern had collectively expected 32 C919 deliveries in 2025. However, as of September, only five aircraft have been handed over, based on airline financial reports and tracking data from ch-aviation and Flightradar24.
