AsianFin -- Vanke Group on Wednesday announced updates to its organizational structure and management team on its official website, confirming the implementation of what it described as the most extensive reform in its history, nearly a year in the making.

Under the new structure, the group headquarters is streamlined into the Board of Directors Office, the Group Office/Party Mass Work Department, and 11 specialized centers. All former regional divisions have been eliminated, replaced by 16 city-level companies. Meanwhile, eight existing business units—including property management, commercial operations, and long-term rental apartments—remain unchanged.
