AsianFin -- Intel Semiconductor Storage Technology (Dalian) Co., Ltd. has officially been renamed SK Hynix Semiconductor Storage Technology (Dalian) Co., Ltd., reflecting the South Korean memory giant’s recent acquisition of Intel’s NAND flash and SSD business. The newly renamed entity is now wholly owned by SK Hynix Semiconductor (Dalian) Co., Ltd.

The Dalian facility, originally established by Intel in July 2021, focuses on integrated circuit manufacturing, chip and product production, and electronic component fabrication. In March 2025, Intel Asia Holding Limited completed its exit, with SK Hynix assuming full ownership as part of the NAND and SSD business transfer.
