AsianFin -- ByteDance will soon introduce another stock option program for its AI division Seed, which primarily covers technical staff working on large language models, Cailianshe reported.

The 18-month plan will grant employees monthly options valued at USD12,600, USD15,300, or USD18,100, depending on role and seniority.
