AsianFin -- Tesla has received just over 600 orders since its mid-July launch in India, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The figure is below the EV maker’s expectations. Tesla now plans to ship between 350 and 500 vehicles this year, with the first batch from Shanghai slated to arrive in early September.
