AsianFin -- China Evergrande Group announced that it will officially cancel its listing status starting from 9 a.m. on August 25, 2025.

The company received a letter from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange indicating that due to its failure to meet the resumption guidelines, trading of its shares has been suspended since January 29, 2024, and has not resumed since.

The liquidators will continue to orderly preserve and realize the group’s assets to protect the interests of creditors.
