AsianFin -- OpenAI is rolling out GPT-5, its latest and most advanced model, to all ChatGPT users and developers.

CEO Sam Altman described GPT-5 as a major leap forward compared to previous versions, likening the upgrade to seeing a Retina display for the first time—something no one would want to go back from.

According to OpenAI, GPT-5 is more intelligent, faster, and significantly less prone to errors. “GPT-3 felt like talking to a high school student,” Altman said at a recent press briefing. “You might get the right answer, or something completely off. GPT-4 was like speaking with a college student. GPT-5, for the first time, feels like interacting with a PhD-level expert.”
