AsianFin -- Zhejiang Hongzhen Intelligent Chip Co., a semiconductor company once linked to the Wahaha Group, has been officially dissolved, according to corporate records.
The National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System shows that the company’s registration status changed from “active” to “deregistered” on July 28, 2025, citing a board resolution to dissolve the business.
Zhejiang Hongzhen was established in November 2019 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope included the development of integrated circuits, circuit modules, software programs, and frequency controllers and generators. The company was jointly owned by Zhejiang Deqing Wahaha Technology Innovation Center Co. and individual shareholder Dong Linxi.
Tianyancha data reveals that in June 2025, the legal representative of the company changed from Zong Qinghou, the late founder of Wahaha Group, to Zhu Lidan. At the same time, Zong Fuli — Zong Qinghou’s daughter and Wahaha’s current chairwoman — was added to the board of directors.
