AsianFin -- South Korean Trade Minister Yeo Han-koo said Thursday that Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix will not be hit with the 100% U.S. tariffs on semiconductors.

Speaking on radio, Yeo added that South Korea will receive the most favorable tariff terms among chip-producing nations under the latest trade agreement with Washington.
