AsianFin — At the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, Aoshark officially launched its VIATRIX powered exoskeleton, the first consumer-grade model designed with extended range and enhanced mobility.
Breaking away from the rigid feel of traditional exoskeletons, VIATRIX introduces the industry’s first FLOAT 360 floating hip joint architecture, featuring a motorless hip design that allows for smoother, more natural movement.
The device is equipped with Aoshark’s self-developed automotive-grade responsive motors, enabling millisecond-level precision in power delivery. With a combined 46Nm of torque in both legs and an AI-driven gait algorithm, VIATRIX significantly boosts leg strength and reduces physical exertion.
The exoskeleton also offers an ultra-long range of up to 25 kilometers and features a swappable battery system to eliminate range anxiety, making it a practical solution for everyday use in mobility assistance and enhanced physical performance.
