AsianFin -- Billionaire investor Ray Dalio has issued a fresh warning about America’s mounting fiscal challenges, saying the U.S. could face an “economic heart attack” within three years if it doesn’t rein in its deficit.
In a post on X, the founder of Bridgewater Associates reiterated his long-standing concerns over the federal debt, stating that the “basic picture” remains unchanged since his earlier warnings this year. Without a swift reduction in the deficit to 3% of GDP, Dalio warned, the chances of a severe economic crisis remain high.
