AsianFin -- TikTok Shop has rolled out the Q3 edition of its Southeast Asia Flywheel Program PLUS, unveiling a major policy upgrade to help cross-border merchants accelerate overseas expansion.

The revamped initiative features five enhanced measures designed to lower entry barriers, reduce operating costs, and streamline the onboarding process.

Under the new program, merchants can now open a store in as little as three business days. The platform also allows up to 10 stores to be registered under a single business license, and for the first time, sole proprietors are eligible to join.

To further ease the burden on new sellers, TikTok Shop is offering 90 to 120 days of commission-free trading for those who meet certain activity milestones. Payment settlement fees have been reduced to zero for the lowest-tier withdrawals, and the upfront security deposit has been cut to as low as $90 per store.
