AsianFin -- China aims to steer trade relations with the U.S. back toward "healthy and sustainable development," Commerce Minister Wang Wentao said Friday, urging Washington to act in line with its status as a major global power.

Speaking at a press conference, Wang emphasized the resilience and momentum of China's foreign trade and said the country will boost both imports and exports as part of its upcoming five-year economic plan.
