AsianFin -- Wang Xingxing, founder and CEO of Chinese robotics company Unitree, said on Monday that humanoid robots—while still in the early stages of development—are likely to see accelerated deployment across industries over the next three to five years.
Speaking at a press briefing hosted by China’s State Council Information Office, Wang noted that humanoid robots could soon begin to take hold in industrial, service, and hazardous environments. “We expect to see faster application of humanoid robots in real-world scenarios, especially in the next three to five years,” he said.
