AsianFin -- Jet fuel shipments from Northeast Asia to Europe surged to their highest level in nearly a year in June, as lower freight rates and abundant supply from the region drove exports, according to ship tracking data and trade sources.

Roughly 350,000 metric tons (2.8 million barrels) of aviation fuel are en route to Europe from South Korea and China, Kpler data showed. Some trade estimates put the total volume booked in June as high as 465,000 tons, amid concerns over potential supply disruptions from the Middle East.
