AsianFin -- Amazon founder and executive chair Jeff Bezos unloaded nearly $737 million worth of Amazon shares in late June, according to a regulatory filing released Tuesday.

Bezos sold 3.3 million shares for a total of $736.7 million under a prearranged 10b5-1 trading plan adopted in March. The filing was disclosed after markets closed.

Following the sale, Bezos still holds approximately 905 million shares in Amazon. He sold nearly $5 billion worth of stock in 2023.
