AsianFin – OKKI, the smart work platform under Alibaba’s international B2B marketplace, has launched its first AI agent dedicated to foreign trade marketing: OKKI AiReach.

The intelligent agent is designed to proactively generate and analyze upstream and downstream supply chain maps, enabling precise identification and targeting of potential buyers.

According to internal testing data, AiReach helped raise email open rates from 6% to 15%, tripled the volume of inbound inquiries, and boosted overall team efficiency by sixfold.

The rollout marks a significant step in applying AI agents to global trade scenarios, as Alibaba continues to push forward with intelligent solutions for cross-border commerce.
