AsianFin -- China has announced the implementation of zero-tariff treatment on 100% of taxable products from 53 African countries that have established diplomatic relations with Beijing.

The move is aimed at providing greater convenience for the least developed African nations to export goods to China.

The measure is part of China’s broader effort to support African development and deepen economic cooperation under the framework of the “Ten Cooperation Plans” with Africa. By easing trade access, China seeks to further align with African partners in promoting modernization and jointly building a new era of the all-weather China-Africa community with a shared future.
