AsianFin — Huawei plans to launch its HarmonyOS 6.0 operating system around October to November 2025, according to Yu Chengdong, Executive Director and CEO of Huawei’s Consumer Business Group.

Yu made the announcement at the launch event for the Huawei Pura 80 series and a range of new all-scenario products. However, he did not disclose which devices will receive the update or what specific new features will be included in the system upgrade.
