The California-based GaN (gallium nitride) semiconductor innovator revealed that its cutting-edge power technologies will be integrated into NVIDIA’s upcoming high-performance electric vehicle solutions. The collaboration aims to accelerate the adoption of 800V EV platforms, which offer faster charging speeds, improved energy efficiency, and enhanced performance compared to traditional 400V systems.
