AsianFin -- China’s fast fashion giant Shein has abandoned its plans to open a UK warehouse, raising further doubts about its much-anticipated London stock market listing.

The company has halted its search for warehouse space in the Midlands and confirmed that there are currently “no plans” to establish a distribution center in Britain.

Last summer, The Telegraph reported that Shein had sent representatives to explore potential warehouse locations in Derby, Daventry, Coventry, and Castle Donington, considering sites as large as 600,000 square feet. However, those plans have now been shelved.
