Douyin to Build a Sino-Foreign JV Hospital in Beijing, with 800 Beds

AsianFin — Douyin, a subsidiary of TikTok's parent company ByteDance, has received approval from the Beijing Municipal Health Commission to build the Beijing Airui Hospital (tentative name), according the official website of the municipal regulator.

The hospital will be located in the northern area of Zhongguancun Chaoyang Park, Chaoyang District. According to the public registration change notice for Beijing Airui Hospital (tentative name), the hospital will be a general hospital in a Sino-foreign joint venture partnership. It will be for-profit institution, with 800 beds.
